Practise out loud before it counts.
Pick a skill and a level. AiRA asks the questions out loud, listens to your spoken answer, asks a follow-up when you stay vague, and gives you a written report at the end.
One question, start to finish
Step through a real round: question, answer, follow-up, feedback.
How it runs
How a round runs.
- 21 skillsacross 5 areas, each at 3 levels
- 1 a dayfree practice round
- 0 recordingskept once the round is over
- 01 / Pick
A skill and a level
Python, Sales, Financial analysis and 18 more, each at Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced. Skills, never a company’s job title.
- 02 / Check
Your microphone
A quick level check before the first question. No microphone, or somewhere noisy? Type your answers instead.
- 03 / Answer
Speak, then pause
AiRA hears when you have finished. Mute, pause, repeat the question or skip it whenever you need to.
- 04 / Follow-up
When an answer is thin
AiRA asks one follow-up, the way an interviewer would when you have not said what you did yourself.
- 05 / Report
What to keep, what to tighten
A score for the round, notes on each answer and how you spoke. Only you see it.
Questions
What people ask about interview practice.
Is my voice recorded?
No. Your spoken answer is turned into text to read it, and the audio is not stored. The report keeps the text of what you said.
Can I type instead of speaking?
Yes. Typing works for every question, and you can switch between typing and speaking in the middle of a round.
Does the recruiter see my practice score?
No. Practice is yours. The score and the notes are only shown to you and never go with an application.
Why one round a day?
A round is a full interview, and one honest round with a night’s gap does more than five in a row. A new one opens each day, Indian time.
What if my internet drops mid-answer?
Your answer is kept and sent again when you are back online. A typed answer is saved on your device as you write.
