When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and professional information such as your resume, work history, and skills. For employers, we additionally collect company name and job posting details.
We also automatically collect usage data including pages visited, features used, device type, and IP address to improve the service.
Your information is used to: match you with relevant job opportunities, generate AI-tailored resume variants, provide real-time application status updates, and improve our matching algorithms. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
Your resume and profile information is shared with employers only when you actively apply to their job postings. Employers cannot browse candidate profiles without a matching application. We use AWS infrastructure for secure data storage and processing.
Aira Careers uses AI to score resume fit, suggest edits, and generate tailored resume variants. This processing happens securely and your data is not used to train third-party AI models. You retain full ownership of your resume content and AI-generated variants.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, secure authentication, and regular security audits. Resume files are stored in encrypted S3 buckets with access-controlled pre-signed URLs.
You can access, update, or delete your personal data at any time through your account settings. You may request a complete data export or account deletion by contacting our support team. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
