Aira Careers is free for job seekers. You retain ownership of all content you upload, including resumes and profile information. By applying to jobs, you authorize us to share your application materials with the specific employer. AI-generated resume variants are provided as suggestions — you are responsible for reviewing and approving any content before submission.
Employers agree to provide accurate job descriptions and to use the platform in good faith. Aira Careers requires employers to provide timely status updates on applications. Employers may not use candidate data obtained through the platform for purposes other than evaluating candidates for the posted positions.
Aira Careers is built on the principle of candidate transparency. When a position is filled, all remaining applicants will be notified automatically. Employers using the platform agree to this transparency model as a condition of posting jobs.
You may not: use the platform for spam, harassment, or fraudulent activity; scrape or programmatically access the platform without authorization; post discriminatory job listings; or attempt to circumvent any security measures.
Aira Careers provides a platform connecting candidates and employers. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, the accuracy of employer information, or the suitability of any candidate. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
