1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using AiRA Careers, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. We may update these terms periodically and will notify registered users of material changes.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current information in your profile and job applications. Misrepresentation of qualifications or identity may result in account termination.

3. For Candidates

AiRA Careers is free for job seekers. You retain ownership of all content you upload, including resumes and profile information. By applying to jobs, you authorize us to share your application materials with the specific employer.

4. For Employers

Employers post jobs and review applicants on TheHireHub, under TheHireHub's own terms. Employers may not use candidate data obtained through the platform for purposes other than evaluating candidates for the posted positions.

5. Application Transparency Guarantee

AiRA Careers is built on the principle of candidate transparency. We show you when a job closes. Employers using the platform agree to this transparency model as a condition of posting jobs.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not: use the platform for spam, harassment, or fraudulent activity; scrape or programmatically access the platform without authorization; post discriminatory job listings; or attempt to circumvent any security measures.

7. Limitation of Liability

AiRA Careers provides a platform connecting candidates and employers. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, the accuracy of employer information, or the suitability of any candidate. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
