About the Role

We are hiring a System Architect to own the technical architecture of core platforms and integration layers across the organization. The role is responsible for turning business needs into scalable system designs, setting architectural standards, and ensuring the technology stack can support growth without sacrificing reliability or security. You will work closely with engineering, product, operations, and leadership to simplify complex systems, reduce technical risk, and improve delivery quality. Success in this role means building a clear architecture direction that enables faster execution, better maintainability, and stronger system performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end system architecture decisions across applications, integrations, data flows, and infrastructure so the technology landscape stays scalable and maintainable as the business grows.
• Translate business and product requirements into solution designs, technical standards, and implementation roadmaps that teams can execute with less ambiguity and fewer rework cycles.
• Define architecture patterns, interface contracts, and integration principles so teams build consistently and reduce fragmentation across systems and platforms.
• Review solution designs and code-level approaches for major initiatives to prevent technical debt, security gaps, and performance issues before they reach production.
• Partner with engineering and operations teams to improve reliability, observability, and recovery readiness so critical systems remain stable under changing demand.
• Guide modernization efforts, legacy system refactoring, and platform consolidation to lower operating cost and improve long-term engineering velocity.
• Support governance for architecture decisions, documentation, and technical standards so knowledge is shared clearly and future teams can move faster with less dependency risk.

Essential Skills & Technologies

• Strong system design and architecture experience across distributed applications, APIs, integrations, databases, and cloud-based environments so you can design solutions that scale with business demand.
• Proven ability to evaluate trade-offs in performance, cost, security, resilience, and maintainability so architecture decisions support long-term business outcomes, not just short-term delivery.
• Deep understanding of modern engineering practices, including architecture reviews, technical documentation, versioned interfaces, and release discipline so teams can execute consistently.
• Hands-on knowledge of enterprise technology stacks, integration patterns, data management, and infrastructure concepts so you can shape solutions that fit real operational constraints.
• Ability to work across cross-functional teams and influence without authority so architecture standards are adopted and not just documented.
• Familiarity with security principles, reliability engineering, and observability practices so critical systems remain protected, diagnosable, and dependable.
