The company operates across contingent and permanent hiring, supporting clients across multiple industries through a centralized recruiting and delivery model. Its work combines practical talent expertise with a strong commitment to inclusive hiring, accessibility, and workforce excellence. As a certified Disability-Owned Business Enterprise, Binding Minds brings a differentiated perspective to building more representative teams and expanding access to opportunity. The organization values adaptability, professionalism, resilience, leadership potential, and respect for inclusive workplace practices. This role contributes to that mission by strengthening the company’s visual communication, employer brand, client storytelling, and content presence through clear, engaging, and accessible video experiences.

About the Role

As Video Editor and Motion Graphics Artist, you will own the creation of compelling video content that strengthens Binding Minds’ brand, communicates its workforce solutions, and improves engagement across digital channels. You will take ideas from brief to final delivery, shaping raw footage, graphics, sound, pacing, and narrative into polished content for marketing, employer branding, social media, recruitment campaigns, internal communication, and client storytelling. The role combines editorial judgment with motion design craft. You will work closely with marketing, recruiting, and business stakeholders to translate objectives into effective visual communication, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain consistent brand quality. Success means faster, more reliable content production, stronger audience engagement, and a recognizable visual identity across every channel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end video production workflow, from creative brief and storyboarding through editing, motion design, review, versioning, and final delivery across required formats.
  • Translate marketing, recruiting, and business objectives into clear visual narratives that improve audience understanding, engagement, employer brand perception, and campaign performance.
  • Edit interviews, social content, promotional videos, recruitment campaigns, internal communications, and client stories using strong pacing, structure, sound design, and visual hierarchy.
  • Create motion graphics, typography, transitions, compositing, and lightweight animation that make complex workforce and business messages easier to understand and remember.
  • Partner with marketing, recruiting, and business stakeholders to clarify briefs, manage feedback, protect timelines, and deliver high-quality assets with minimal rework.
  • Maintain organized project files, reusable templates, brand assets, and production processes that improve consistency, speed, and collaboration across the content pipeline.
  • Review final outputs for technical quality, accessibility, brand alignment, platform specifications, and audience suitability before publishing or stakeholder handoff.

Essential Skills & Technologies

  • 2–4 years of professional experience in video editing, motion graphics, digital content production, or a closely related creative role with a strong portfolio of finished work.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, including editing, compositing, keyframing, typography, transitions, and motion design for digital platforms.
  • Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, audio cleanup, color correction, file management, export settings, and adapting content for social, web, and presentation formats.
  • Strong visual storytelling and editorial judgment, with the ability to shape raw footage and creative briefs into concise, engaging, and outcome-focused video narratives.
  • Ability to interpret brand guidelines and maintain consistent visual quality across multiple content types, channels, audiences, and production deadlines.
  • Clear communication, structured feedback management, and dependable stakeholder collaboration in a fast-moving, multi-project environment.

Additional Plus

  • Experience producing employer-brand, recruitment, corporate, social media, or B2B content for organizations with multiple audiences and communication priorities.
  • Familiarity with 3D, character animation, sound design, color grading, or tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, DaVinci Resolve, or Audition.
  • Understanding of accessibility practices, captioning, subtitles, inclusive visual communication, and platform-specific content optimization.

What You'll Bring

  • A portfolio that demonstrates strong editing fundamentals, motion graphics craft, visual storytelling, pacing, typography, and the ability to turn business messages into engaging content.
  • Ownership from brief to delivery, with disciplined planning, organized project files, proactive communication, and the judgment to balance creative quality with deadlines and business priorities.
  • Curiosity and adaptability across formats, audiences, and channels, along with a practical approach to learning new tools, production techniques, and brand requirements.
  • A collaborative, resilient working style that welcomes feedback, protects quality, and contributes to an inclusive environment where different perspectives improve the final creative output.
