About the Role
The Creative Designer owns the visual quality of brand and hiring communications, turning ideas into clear, compelling design assets that strengthen market perception and engagement. This role works across digital and print touchpoints, ensuring creative output is consistent, polished, and aligned to business goals. The designer will translate briefings into high-impact visuals that help the company present itself professionally, support campaigns, and improve how audiences experience the brand. Key Responsibilities

- Translate briefs, stakeholder inputs, and campaign goals into strong design concepts that improve clarity, engagement, and audience response.
- Maintain design quality across digital and print materials, using a structured review process to reduce errors and keep delivery aligned to deadlines.
- Partner with recruiters, marketers, and internal teams to turn business needs into visuals that support campaign performance and candidate experience.
- Adapt brand assets for multiple formats and platforms so the company can move quickly without losing visual consistency or message quality.
- Manage feedback loops and design revisions efficiently, balancing speed with precision to keep work moving and stakeholders aligned.
- Contribute to evolving the visual identity by identifying opportunities to improve templates, layout systems, and creative standards.
Essential Skills & Technologies
- Strong visual design skills with the ability to build polished layouts, branding elements, and campaign assets that communicate clearly and professionally.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools, with the ability to produce and refine creative work efficiently across multiple formats.
- Ability to interpret briefs, collaborate with non-design stakeholders, and convert business objectives into visuals that support engagement and trust.
- Good understanding of typography, composition, color use, and visual hierarchy to improve the effectiveness of each creative output.
- Experience handling feedback, revisions, and deadline-driven work while maintaining attention to detail and consistent quality.
- Comfort working across digital and print media, with a practical mindset for adapting creative assets to different channels and uses.
- A portfolio that demonstrates creative range, brand consistency, and the ability to deliver work that supports business goals.
Additional Plus
- Motion design or basic video editing skills that can expand the team’s ability to create richer digital content.
- Experience working in recruitment, workforce solutions, or B2B services, where design supports commercial messaging and trust.
- Familiarity with building reusable design systems or templates that improve team efficiency and consistency.
What You'll Bring
- A portfolio that shows strong creative thinking, clean execution, and the ability to deliver design work that feels professional and purposeful.
- A collaborative mindset that helps turn feedback into better outcomes without losing pace or quality.
- Attention to detail and ownership over final output, so design assets are accurate, consistent, and ready for business use.
- The ability to balance creativity with structure, ensuring visuals support both brand standards and practical delivery needs.
