About the Role

We are looking for a Product Designer who can shape intuitive, useful, and high-impact experiences across our AI products. The role owns the design system and user journey from problem framing through execution, ensuring that product decisions are grounded in user needs and business outcomes. You will work closely with product, engineering, and other stakeholders to turn complex workflows into simple, elegant interfaces. The right person will combine strong visual craft with systems thinking, translating ambiguity into clear design direction. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build products that improve how businesses and individuals use AI in practical, measurable ways.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product design for key user journeys, turning complex AI workflows into clear interactions that improve usability, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
• Translate research findings, product goals, and business needs into wireframes, flows, prototypes, and polished UI that support faster decisions and better product outcomes.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align on scope, feasibility, and delivery, reducing rework and improving execution quality.
• Build and evolve design systems, interaction patterns, and component libraries that create consistency, speed up design delivery, and strengthen product quality.
• Use user feedback, analytics, and testing insights to identify friction points and improve task completion, retention, and overall product experience.
• Present design rationale clearly and confidently so teams understand trade-offs, align faster, and make stronger product decisions.

Essential Skills & Technologies

• Strong product design fundamentals across information architecture, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping, with the ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive experiences.
• Hands-on experience with modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or equivalent, and the ability to create reusable systems that support scale and consistency.
• Solid understanding of user research methods, usability testing, and feedback synthesis so design choices are grounded in real user needs and measurable outcomes.
• Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams in agile environments, with clear communication that keeps work aligned and moving forward.
• Comfort working with analytics, experimentation, and iterative improvement to evaluate whether designs are delivering the intended business and user impact.
• Strong attention to detail and a portfolio that demonstrates both thoughtful execution and the ability to solve real product problems.

• Experience designing AI, automation, or data-heavy products that require thoughtful handling of complexity and trust.
• Exposure to building or maintaining design systems at an early-stage or fast-growing product company.
