About the Role

As a Frontend Developer at testing-ansh, you will own the development and optimization of UI components for our AI-driven products, delivering seamless user experiences across various platforms. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in frontend development, where your skills will directly influence product usability and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement design specifications and ensure our applications meet high-performance standards. You will leverage your expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks to contribute to feature design and development, optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, and troubleshoot and resolve UI/UX issues. Your role is critical in advancing our mission to create impactful AI solutions and improving the customer journey through innovative and efficient design.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the design and development of user interfaces through React or Angular, enhancing user engagement and customer satisfaction across our AI platforms.
• Accountable for optimizing application performance using best practices, impacting the speed and usability of our products.
• Responsible for collaborating with UX/UI designers to translate designs into functional UI components, ensuring a seamless transition from design to implementation.
• Own end-to-end testing processes for UI components, preventing and identifying bugs to enhance overall product reliability.
• Accountable for maintaining and improving website quality across devices and platforms, directly impacting user experience and retention.
• Responsible for writing clean, maintainable code optimized for performance, impacting product scalability and maintainability.
• Own the integration of RESTful APIs, allowing dynamic content to be displayed efficiently, thereby improving user interaction with applications.
• Accountable for documenting development processes, helping facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding of new team members.
• Responsible for staying updated with industry trends and advancements to continuously improve our frontend practices and ensure we remain at the forefront of AI-driven technologies.
• Own functionality improvement projects based on user feedback and testing, which directly contribute to user satisfaction and business outcomes.

Essential Skills & Technologies

• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, foundational technologies that facilitate the effective development of web applications and enhance overall usability.
• Experienced with modern JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular, driving component-based architecture for high-performance applications.
• Familiarity with responsive design techniques, enabling applications to function seamlessly across various devices and screen sizes.
• Proficient in using version control systems such as Git, which supports collaboration and code management across development teams.
• Knowledge of RESTful and GraphQL APIs, facilitating efficient data retrieval and enhancing application interactions.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, improving deployment processes and minimizing disruptions in production environments.
• Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues, ensuring a consistent user experience across different browsers.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks and tools such as Jest or Mocha, enabling the delivery of bug-free applications by automating testing processes.
• Proficient in performance optimization techniques, ensuring responsive and fast user interfaces that rank high in user satisfaction.
