About the Role
As HydraFacial & Spa Trainer, you will own the quality and consistency of practical treatment training across beauty and wellness teams in Delhi. You will translate HydraFacial protocols, spa techniques, product knowledge, hygiene standards, and customer-care expectations into confident frontline performance. The role combines hands-on demonstrations, structured learning, coaching, observation, and feedback, with a clear focus on treatment safety, service quality, and commercial readiness. You will identify capability gaps, strengthen trainer and therapist confidence, and help teams deliver consistent client experiences across varied skill levels. The work requires balancing technical accuracy with engaging facilitation and adapting instruction to different learners. This is an onsite opportunity offering competitive compensation for a practitioner who can connect treatment expertise with measurable team capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver hands-on HydraFacial and spa training programs that convert treatment protocols into consistent, safe, and customer-ready practitioner performance.
- Demonstrate facial, wellness, product, and equipment techniques while enforcing hygiene and operating standards that protect client safety and strengthen service quality.
- Assess therapist capability through practical observations, structured evaluations, and feedback loops, then close skill gaps through targeted coaching and retraining.
- Build clear learning materials, treatment checklists, and assessment standards that help teams retain knowledge and apply procedures consistently across locations.
- Partner with operations and service leaders to align training priorities with business needs, treatment demand, customer experience goals, and frontline readiness.
- Track training completion, assessment outcomes, and recurring quality issues to improve learning interventions and provide clear visibility into capability progress.
- Coach new and experienced practitioners with an inclusive, professional approach that builds confidence, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement.
Essential Skills & Technologies
- Strong hands-on expertise in HydraFacial procedures, facial protocols, skin-treatment fundamentals, contraindications, aftercare, and safe use of related equipment.
- Practical spa and wellness treatment knowledge, including massage or body-treatment principles, consultation techniques, product application, and client comfort management.
- Ability to facilitate classroom and practical training using demonstrations, guided practice, role-play, questioning, and structured competency assessments.
- Working knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, infection-control, treatment-room preparation, equipment maintenance, and escalation practices for client safety.
- Capability to create training plans, standard operating procedures, checklists, demonstrations, and simple learning resources for varied experience levels.
- Proficiency with attendance records, assessment trackers, presentation tools, spreadsheets, and basic reporting used to monitor learning outcomes and quality trends.
- Clear verbal communication, professional presentation, active listening, and feedback skills suited to coaching diverse teams in an inclusive workplace.
Additional Plus
- Certification or advanced training in HydraFacial, aesthetics, cosmetology, beauty therapy, skincare, or professional spa education would strengthen technical credibility.
- Experience training teams across multiple clinics, salons, spas, wellness centres, or customer-facing locations would support consistent implementation at scale.
- Exposure to learning management systems, train-the-trainer programs, retail product education, or service-quality audits would add useful operational depth.
- Free coffee is available as an additional workplace perk, supporting informal connection and a comfortable day-to-day team experience.
What You'll Bring
- Bring three to six years of hands-on experience in HydraFacial, skincare, spa, aesthetics, cosmetology, or a closely related beauty and wellness environment.
- Show a track record of turning technical treatment knowledge into practical learning experiences that improve practitioner confidence, compliance, service consistency, and client outcomes.
- Combine practitioner credibility with patience, structure, and adaptability, adjusting demonstrations and coaching methods to different learning styles, experience levels, and cultural contexts.
- Lead with professionalism, resilience, inclusive workplace values, and strong follow-through, using evidence from assessments and observations to make training decisions and sustain improvement.
