About the Company

Nova Bank is a financial services organization focused on helping individuals and businesses manage money with greater confidence. Through customer-first products, digital banking capabilities, and dependable operational support, the company aims to make everyday financial decisions simpler and more accessible. The organization values responsible execution, trust, and service quality across every interaction. Its teams work across technology, operations, customer support, and business functions to deliver secure and reliable experiences. In this role, you will join an organization that recognizes the importance of employee wellbeing, workplace readiness, and responsive support. Your clinical expertise will help strengthen the systems and care practices that protect employee health, support continuity, and reinforce a safe, dependable working environment. The company offers an opportunity to contribute meaningfully while working with diverse teams in a professional, fast-moving organization.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will own day-to-day employee and workplace health support in the Bangalore office. You will assess needs, provide timely first-line care, coordinate referrals, maintain accurate clinical records, and help strengthen preventive health practices. Success means employees receive safe, respectful, and responsive support while the organization maintains reliable health protocols and operational continuity. You will work closely with people operations, facilities, and business leaders to identify risks, respond to incidents, and improve wellbeing programs. The role requires sound clinical judgment, confidentiality, calm execution, and strong documentation. You will also help educate employees on health, safety, and preventive care, using clear communication and consistent processes to improve outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own initial assessment and first-line care for workplace injuries, illnesses, and urgent employee health concerns, using approved clinical protocols to support safe decisions and timely escalation.
  • Maintain complete, confidential, and audit-ready health records through disciplined documentation, enabling continuity of care, accurate reporting, and appropriate follow-up with employees and providers.
  • Coordinate referrals, appointments, and follow-up care with hospitals, clinics, and external healthcare partners, ensuring employees receive appropriate treatment while reducing delays and avoidable risk.
  • Monitor workplace health trends, incident patterns, and recurring concerns, translating observations into preventive actions that improve employee wellbeing, readiness, and business continuity.
  • Deliver health education, wellness guidance, and basic emergency preparedness sessions, using practical communication to improve employee awareness and strengthen everyday preventive behaviors.
  • Partner with facilities, people operations, and leadership on health and safety requirements, ensuring workplace practices, supplies, and response procedures remain reliable and compliant.
  • Manage clinical supplies, emergency kits, and care-room readiness, using inventory controls and scheduled checks to ensure essential resources are available when needed.

Essential Skills & Technologies

  • Registered Nurse qualification with current professional registration and 3–6 years of hands-on clinical, occupational health, emergency, or workplace nursing experience.
  • Strong assessment, triage, first aid, basic life support, medication-safety, infection-control, and escalation capabilities, with sound judgment in time-sensitive situations.
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records, incident documentation, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, and structured reporting tools for accurate, confidential health administration.
  • Working knowledge of occupational health, workplace safety, employee wellness, clinical governance, data privacy, and relevant healthcare documentation standards.
  • Clear communication and counseling skills, with the ability to explain health guidance sensitively to employees, managers, external providers, and cross-functional partners.
  • Strong organization, prioritization, and follow-through across multiple cases, appointments, records, supplies, and preventive health initiatives in a busy office environment.

Additional Plus

  • Experience in occupational health, corporate nursing, hospital emergency care, outpatient clinics, or employee wellness programs would strengthen your ability to operate independently.
  • Additional certifications in Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, occupational health, first aid, or emergency response are advantageous.
  • Experience designing health awareness campaigns, tracking workplace health metrics, or improving clinical workflows would help scale preventive care and operational consistency.

What You'll Bring

You bring a current nursing qualification, sound clinical judgment, and a calm, compassionate approach to employee care. You are comfortable assessing symptoms, identifying risk, providing first-line treatment within scope, and escalating appropriately when a situation requires specialist or emergency intervention. Your practice is grounded in safety, confidentiality, accurate documentation, and respect for every individual. You can balance immediate care with the operational discipline required to manage records, referrals, supplies, reporting, and follow-up without losing attention to detail. You communicate clearly with employees and stakeholders, including when explaining sensitive health information, preventive guidance, or next steps. You are proactive about identifying recurring health concerns and converting them into practical education, readiness improvements, and preventive actions. You collaborate effectively with people operations, facilities, managers, hospitals, and clinics while maintaining professional boundaries and clinical standards. Most importantly, you take ownership of reliable workplace health support and understand how responsive care protects employee wellbeing, strengthens trust, and enables the wider organization to operate with continuity.
