About the Role

As a Full Stack Java React Developer, you will own end-to-end delivery of product capabilities across Java-based backend services and React applications. You will translate business and user needs into maintainable designs, build secure APIs and responsive interfaces, and improve the systems that support reliable customer experiences. The role requires strong collaboration with product, design, QA, and engineering peers, along with the judgment to balance delivery speed, technical quality, and long-term maintainability. You will contribute to architecture decisions, automated testing, code reviews, troubleshooting, and production improvements. Success means shipping dependable features, reducing avoidable rework, improving application performance, and helping the team create a consistent, scalable engineering system.

Key Responsibilities

• Own full stack feature delivery from requirements and technical design through implementation, testing, release, and post-production improvement, ensuring work produces measurable customer or business value.
• Build and evolve Java backend services, REST APIs, integrations, and data-access components that remain secure, testable, observable, and maintainable as product usage grows.
• Develop responsive React interfaces and reusable frontend components that improve usability, accessibility, consistency, and completion of important user workflows.
• Partner with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and stakeholders to clarify trade-offs, sequence delivery, resolve ambiguity, and keep execution aligned with intended outcomes.
• Raise engineering quality through code reviews, automated testing, debugging, refactoring, documentation, and practical improvements to development and release practices.
• Investigate production issues using logs, metrics, traces, and user feedback, then implement durable fixes that improve reliability, performance, and customer trust.

Essential Skills & Technologies

• Strong Java development experience with object-oriented design, Spring or Spring Boot, RESTful services, relational databases, and practical API security and performance considerations.
• Hands-on React experience with modern JavaScript or TypeScript, component-based UI development, state management, responsive design, and integration with backend APIs.
• Solid software engineering fundamentals covering data structures, design patterns, Git workflows, automated testing, debugging, code review, and collaborative Agile delivery.

Additional Plus

• Experience with cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, observability tools, or distributed systems that support dependable production operations.
• Familiarity with messaging systems, caching, performance tuning, accessibility, or secure development practices that improve system resilience and user experience.
• Experience contributing to architectural decisions, technical documentation, mentoring, or cross-functional initiatives beyond assigned feature implementation.
