About the Role

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will own the delivery of web capabilities across React-based user interfaces and Java Spring Boot backend services. You will translate product requirements into secure, maintainable solutions, connect frontend experiences with reliable APIs, and improve the systems that support customer and business workflows. Success means shipping predictable outcomes, reducing technical friction, and raising the quality of the engineering platform through thoughtful design, testing, monitoring, and collaboration. You will work closely with product, design, QA, and fellow engineers to clarify trade-offs and deliver increments that are useful in production. The role suits an engineer who is comfortable moving across layers, taking responsibility for results, and learning continuously in a collaborative hybrid environment based in Delhi.

Key Responsibilities

• Build responsive, accessible React interfaces that turn product requirements into clear user workflows, improving usability, adoption, and completion of important customer and internal processes.
• Design and implement Java Spring Boot services and REST APIs that provide dependable business logic, secure data access, and predictable performance for consuming applications.
• Own features through the development lifecycle, including technical design, estimation, implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring, and post-release improvement tied to measurable product outcomes.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and developers to resolve ambiguity early, make practical trade-offs, and deliver increments aligned with business priorities.
• Improve application reliability through automated testing, logging, observability, defect prevention, and root-cause analysis that reduce incidents and shorten recovery time.
• Participate in code reviews and engineering standards, raising maintainability, security, performance, and consistency across frontend and backend codebases.
• Diagnose production and integration issues across the stack, using structured debugging and data-driven analysis to restore service and prevent recurrence.

Essential Skills & Technologies

• Strong hands-on experience with React, JavaScript or TypeScript, component design, state management, responsive UI development, and frontend testing for production web applications.
• Practical Java and Spring Boot experience building REST APIs, service-layer logic, integrations, validation, error handling, and secure backend systems connected to databases.
• Working knowledge of Git, SQL, debugging, automated testing, API integration, deployment practices, and collaborative software development within agile engineering teams.

Additional Plus

• Experience with TypeScript, modern React frameworks, frontend performance optimization, accessibility standards, or design-system implementation is valuable for improving consistency and user experience.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, containers, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, distributed systems, or event-driven architecture can help strengthen delivery and operational reliability.
• Exposure to secure coding, performance tuning, database optimization, and production incident response will support stronger technical ownership across the full application lifecycle.

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is expected, along with a collaborative mindset suited to hybrid work in Delhi.
