About the Company

Based in Aurangabad, Maharashtra, our company operates in industrial engineering and machinery, with a focus on solutions serving the pulp and paper sector. We bring together engineering, project execution, manufacturing, procurement, and commercial expertise to deliver equipment and industrial capabilities for demanding operating environments. Our work connects technical design with practical implementation, requiring disciplined coordination across functions and dependable execution from concept through delivery. The organization values people who can understand specialized technical requirements, build credibility with engineering stakeholders, and help teams scale with the right capabilities. This role supports that mission by strengthening how we identify, engage, assess, and hire professionals across EPC and industrial project disciplines. Recruiters here are expected to operate as business partners rather than transaction coordinators, translating project needs into targeted talent strategies and measurable hiring outcomes. The successful candidate will contribute to a structured, responsive, and technically informed recruitment engine that helps the company execute projects effectively and sustain long-term industrial growth.

About the Role

The EPC Recruiter will own end-to-end hiring for engineering, procurement, construction, project, and related industrial positions. Through structured sourcing, assessment, stakeholder partnership, and recruiting analytics, you will build talent pipelines that support project delivery and business growth. You will translate workforce requirements into practical search strategies, engage specialized candidates, manage selection workflows, and maintain momentum from intake through joining. The role requires senior-level judgment, strong market mapping, and the ability to influence hiring managers on realistic talent availability, evaluation standards, and timelines. Your impact will be measured through quality of hire, hiring speed, pipeline strength, stakeholder confidence, and the organization’s ability to staff critical industrial work reliably.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for EPC, engineering, procurement, construction, project management, and industrial machinery roles, improving staffing readiness for customer commitments and internal delivery milestones.
  • Convert workforce plans and hiring-manager inputs into structured requisitions, sourcing strategies, evaluation criteria, and timelines that improve decision quality and reduce avoidable recruitment delays.
  • Build and maintain specialized talent pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, professional networks, market mapping, and targeted outreach, increasing access to difficult-to-find technical professionals.
  • Partner with engineering and project leaders to calibrate role requirements, assess candidate suitability, and resolve trade-offs between technical capability, availability, compensation, and project urgency.
  • Manage candidate engagement, interview coordination, feedback collection, offer negotiation, and joining follow-through through consistent processes that protect candidate experience and reduce drop-offs.
  • Use recruitment metrics and pipeline reviews to identify bottlenecks, improve channel effectiveness, and provide transparent updates on hiring progress, risks, and workforce coverage.
  • Strengthen recruiting standards, documentation, and stakeholder accountability so hiring decisions remain consistent, auditable, and aligned with business requirements across multiple industrial functions.

Essential Skills & Technologies

  • Proven full-cycle recruitment experience across EPC, engineering, industrial machinery, manufacturing, construction, or related technical sectors, with strong understanding of specialized talent markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to source and evaluate engineering, procurement, project, site, and commercial professionals while partnering confidently with senior technical and business stakeholders.
  • Strong command of applicant tracking systems, recruitment reporting, sourcing platforms, interview workflows, stakeholder communication, and data-led pipeline management.

Additional Plus

  • Experience recruiting for pulp and paper, process equipment, heavy engineering, industrial automation, or other project-led manufacturing environments would improve technical context and candidate assessment.
  • Exposure to workforce planning, employer branding, recruitment vendor management, compensation benchmarking, or campus and lateral hiring programs would support broader talent strategy ownership.
  • Familiarity with regional talent markets around Aurangabad and broader Indian industrial hubs would help accelerate sourcing, market mapping, and relocation discussions.

What You'll Bring

  • You bring 7–8 years of recruitment experience, including meaningful exposure to EPC, engineering, construction, industrial, manufacturing, or other technically specialized hiring environments. You can independently own searches from requirement intake through joining while keeping hiring managers aligned on progress, risks, and decisions.
  • You understand that strong recruiting starts with precise role definition, realistic market assessment, and disciplined execution rather than high application volume. You are comfortable engaging technical leaders, questioning unclear requirements, and using evidence to shape sourcing and selection strategies.
  • You build trust with candidates through timely, credible communication and protect the organization’s reputation throughout the process. You use recruiting data to identify bottlenecks, compare channel performance, and improve outcomes over time.
  • You are organized across multiple requisitions, resilient when project priorities change, and attentive to documentation and process quality. Most importantly, you connect hiring activity to business impact: enabling projects to start, teams to deliver, and the company to access specialized capability when it matters.
  • A practical, collaborative, and ownership-oriented mindset will help you succeed in this role.

Why Join Us

You will work close to the engineering, project, procurement, and business teams whose hiring decisions directly influence industrial delivery. That proximity gives you meaningful ownership and a clear view of how talent decisions create operational results.

The role offers the opportunity to shape recruitment for specialized EPC and industrial positions rather than managing only transactional volume. Your market insight, stakeholder influence, and pipeline discipline will help build a stronger long-term talent capability.

You will join an organization working across industrial engineering and machinery for the pulp and paper sector, where recruiting requires technical curiosity, commercial awareness, and practical problem-solving. The work connects people strategy with tangible industrial outcomes.

With senior-level ownership, you can improve hiring systems, strengthen technical talent access, and establish recruiting practices that support sustainable growth. Your contribution will be visible in project readiness, hiring quality, and stakeholder confidence.
