About the Role
This role owns the design quality of digital experiences that support an internet meme and content advertising agency. The designer will turn business and campaign goals into user-friendly interfaces that are easy to navigate, visually strong, and built for engagement. The work sits at the intersection of brand, content, and conversion, so the role needs strong judgment, speed, and a sharp eye for detail. Success means creating designs that improve usability, support content performance, and help the agency present a polished, modern experience to users and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end UI/UX design process for digital assets and platforms, from early wireframes to polished final screens, ensuring the experience supports both user needs and campaign goals.
- Translate brand, content, and advertising objectives into clear interface structures that improve navigation, reduce friction, and help users engage with content quickly.
- Work closely with content, creative, and marketing teams to shape design decisions that support campaign performance and strengthen the agency’s digital presence.
- Build responsive layouts and interaction flows that work across devices, keeping the experience visually consistent and operationally practical.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that communicate ideas clearly and speed up reviews, approvals, and implementation.
- Apply user feedback, performance signals, and design best practices to improve usability, clarity, and conversion potential over time.
- Maintain organized design assets, components, and handoff documentation so execution stays efficient and consistent across projects.
Essential Skills & Technologies
- Strong UI/UX design fundamentals with the ability to structure intuitive experiences, simplify complex flows, and deliver interfaces that feel both functional and visually polished.
- Experience with tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design platforms used for wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design delivery.
- Ability to design responsive layouts and interaction patterns that adapt well across devices while maintaining brand consistency and user clarity.
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, color, and accessibility principles that improve usability and content readability.
- Comfortable collaborating with creative, content, and marketing stakeholders to turn campaign needs into practical design systems and interface decisions.
- Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design choices, incorporate feedback, and keep execution aligned with business priorities.
Additional Plus
- Experience designing for content-led, entertainment, or fast-paced agency environments would be a strong advantage.
- Exposure to motion, micro-interactions, or lightweight prototyping can help the candidate add more value to campaign-facing work.
- Familiarity with basic front-end constraints or design handoff workflows will make collaboration with development teams smoother.
What You'll Bring
- A portfolio that shows clear thinking, strong visual craft, and a track record of improving user experience through practical design decisions.
- The ability to work quickly without losing quality, especially when priorities shift and campaign timelines are tight.
- A collaborative mindset that helps translate feedback into stronger outcomes while keeping design aligned with brand and performance goals.
- Ownership of detail, consistency, and follow-through so the final product feels cohesive, usable, and ready for real-world use.
