About the Role

As a Product Designer, you will own the design of intuitive, useful, and scalable digital product experiences from discovery through delivery. You will partner with product managers, engineers, recruiters, and business stakeholders to understand user needs, frame problems, and turn insights into clear product decisions. Your work will strengthen how candidates, clients, and internal teams engage with recruiting and workforce solutions. You will balance user value, business priorities, technical constraints, and delivery speed through structured design thinking and strong communication. Success means improving usability, reducing friction, and creating consistent experiences that support efficient hiring operations and meaningful talent connections.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end product design for key workflows, from problem framing and user research through interaction design, prototyping, validation, and release, with measurable improvements in usability and adoption.
  • Translate candidate, client, recruiter, and internal user needs into clear journeys, product requirements, and prioritised design opportunities that improve hiring efficiency and service quality.
  • Partner with product managers and engineers through a shared design system, annotated prototypes, and regular reviews so intended experiences are implemented accurately and sustainably.
  • Use qualitative feedback, usability testing, analytics, and operational signals to identify friction, validate decisions, and improve experiences across recruiting and workforce-management workflows.
  • Create accessible, responsive interfaces and interaction patterns that make complex talent processes easier to understand, navigate, and complete across relevant user groups.
  • Present design rationale clearly to stakeholders, align teams around trade-offs, and influence roadmap decisions through evidence, visual storytelling, and customer-centred thinking.

Essential Skills & Technologies

  • Strong product design fundamentals across user research, information architecture, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, usability testing, and end-to-end product delivery.
  • Proficiency with Figma or comparable design tools, including component libraries, design systems, responsive layouts, prototypes, and developer-ready specifications.
  • Ability to use customer feedback, product analytics, and usability evidence to prioritise improvements, explain trade-offs, and connect design decisions to business outcomes.

Additional Plus

  • Experience designing recruiting, staffing, HR technology, marketplaces, workflow tools, or other products involving multiple user groups and operational complexity.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards, inclusive design practices, and designing experiences for users with varied abilities, contexts, and levels of digital confidence.
  • Experience working in a growing company or agency environment where priorities evolve and designers must combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

What You'll Bring

You bring a portfolio that demonstrates thoughtful product thinking, strong interaction design, and the ability to turn ambiguous problems into simple, useful experiences. You can explain not only what you designed, but which user problem it addressed, how you evaluated the solution, and what changed as a result. You are comfortable moving between discovery, flows, wireframes, polished interfaces, prototypes, and implementation support without losing sight of the broader product outcome. You collaborate openly with product managers, engineers, recruiters, and business stakeholders, using evidence and clear communication to build alignment. You know when to go deep into details and when to make a practical decision that keeps delivery moving. You care about accessibility, consistency, and the quality of the complete journey rather than isolated screens. You are organised, curious, receptive to feedback, and able to manage competing priorities in a collaborative hybrid environment. Most importantly, you connect design craft to business impact: reducing friction, improving completion, enabling better decisions, and helping people access meaningful opportunities.

Why Join Us
