Its mission centers on delivering high-quality talent solutions across contingent and permanent hiring needs, supported by a centralized recruiting and delivery model. The company works across multiple industries and values professionals who can bring adaptability, resilience, professionalism, and strong execution to a changing business environment. As a certified Disability-Owned Business Enterprise, Binding Minds places accessibility, diversity, equity, and inclusive hiring at the center of its market positioning. The organization is building a workforce ecosystem where inclusive hiring is connected directly to business performance and long-term workforce excellence. With a growing team and broad industry exposure, employees can contribute to work that improves hiring outcomes for clients and candidates alike. This role supports the company’s commitment to using reliable analysis, clear reporting, and evidence-based decisions to strengthen delivery quality and operational performance. Binding Minds offers an environment where analytical thinking can influence how workforce solutions are measured, improved, and scaled.

About the Role

As a Data Analyst, you will own the reporting and analytical foundations that help Binding Minds understand operational performance, recruiting outcomes, and workforce delivery quality. You will convert data from multiple sources into reliable dashboards, recurring reports, and decision-ready insights for internal stakeholders. The role combines hands-on analysis with disciplined data management, requiring strong working knowledge of R and SPSS alongside sound statistical reasoning. You will clarify business questions, validate data, identify trends, and explain findings in language that leaders and delivery teams can use. Success means improving visibility, reducing reporting ambiguity, and helping teams act earlier on risks and opportunities. You will work in a hybrid environment with recruiting, delivery, operations, and leadership stakeholders across a growing, multi-industry organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own recurring performance reporting across recruiting and workforce delivery workflows, improving visibility into throughput, quality, timeliness, and business-critical operating trends.
  • Build and maintain analytical datasets, dashboards, and reporting processes using R, SPSS, spreadsheets, and relevant data sources to produce consistent decision support.
  • Translate stakeholder questions into structured analyses, clearly defining measures, validating assumptions, and delivering findings that guide operational and leadership decisions.
  • Establish data-quality checks and documentation standards that reduce inconsistencies, improve trust in reporting, and create repeatable analytical workflows across teams.
  • Identify patterns, risks, and opportunities in hiring and delivery data, then communicate practical recommendations that improve service performance and workforce outcomes.
  • Partner with recruiting, delivery, and operations stakeholders to understand reporting needs, prioritize analytical work, and ensure insights lead to measurable action.
  • Present analysis through concise narratives and visualizations, adapting technical detail for both analytical users and non-technical business leaders.

Essential Skills & Technologies

  • Strong hands-on capability in R and SPSS, including data preparation, statistical analysis, interpretation, and clear documentation of analytical methods and results.
  • Proficiency with SQL, Excel, or comparable data tools for extracting, cleaning, reconciling, and validating information from operational and business datasets.
  • Experience creating dashboards, recurring reports, and visual summaries that make performance trends, exceptions, and recommended actions easy for stakeholders to understand.
  • Sound understanding of descriptive statistics, sampling, data quality, hypothesis-led analysis, and the practical limits of business data.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain analytical findings clearly and connect evidence to operational and workforce decisions.

Additional Plus

  • Exposure to recruiting, staffing, human resources, workforce analytics, or professional services data is useful for understanding the organization’s operating context.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence platforms, automated reporting, or data visualization tools can help scale reporting and reduce manual effort.
  • Experience working with distributed, cross-functional, or multi-industry teams is valuable in a centralized workforce solutions environment.

What You'll Bring

  • You bring structured analytical thinking and the judgment to distinguish meaningful business signals from noise, incomplete information, or misleading comparisons.
  • You bring practical expertise in R and SPSS, combined with the discipline to validate data, document methods, and make analysis reproducible for others.
  • You bring clear stakeholder communication, turning complex findings into concise explanations and recommendations that teams can understand and act upon.
  • You bring ownership, adaptability, and resilience, with a collaborative approach suited to inclusive hiring, workforce delivery, and changing business priorities.
