About the Company
Binding Minds is a talent solutions firm helping organizations build stronger teams through specialized recruitment, executive search, and workforce solutions. The company combines experienced consultants, centralized recruiting operations, marketing support, and technology-enabled delivery to connect businesses with high-quality professionals. Its work spans functions including technology, finance, sales, marketing, operations, healthcare, and legal, with a focus on practical hiring outcomes and long-term relationships. Binding Minds operates with a commitment to inclusive hiring and supports clients across diverse business requirements. This role will contribute to a B2B SaaS fintech product environment, working with teams that value customer understanding, commercial clarity, disciplined execution, and measurable product impact. Based in Gurugram, the organization offers exposure to a growing technology and financial-services ecosystem while giving product professionals the opportunity to shape solutions used by business customers. The company is building a collaborative culture where ownership, communication, and informed decision-making support better outcomes for customers and internal stakeholders.
About the Role
As Product Manager, you will own product outcomes for a B2B SaaS fintech solution serving business customers. You will translate customer, market, regulatory, and commercial needs into a focused product strategy and an executable roadmap. The role connects discovery, prioritization, delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement, ensuring teams solve meaningful customer problems rather than simply shipping features. You will partner with engineering, design, sales, implementation, operations, compliance, and leadership to make clear trade-offs and maintain delivery momentum. Success means improving customer value, product usage, operational efficiency, and commercial performance through disciplined product decisions. Based in Gurugram with a hybrid working model, you will operate in a cross-functional environment where structured thinking, strong communication, and accountability are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap and prioritization framework, balancing customer needs, commercial opportunities, platform capabilities, and fintech constraints to focus delivery on the highest-value outcomes.
- Lead discovery through customer interviews, usage analysis, sales feedback, support insights, and market research, converting evidence into validated problems and measurable product opportunities.
- Define clear product requirements, success metrics, and acceptance criteria, enabling engineering and design teams to deliver reliable experiences with less ambiguity and rework.
- Partner with engineering, design, compliance, operations, sales, and implementation teams to manage dependencies, resolve trade-offs, and maintain predictable execution against agreed outcomes.
- Drive product launches and adoption through enablement, communication, onboarding improvements, and feedback loops, ensuring released capabilities translate into sustained customer usage and business value.
- Monitor product performance using analytics, dashboards, customer feedback, and operational signals, then adjust priorities to improve activation, retention, efficiency, revenue, or risk outcomes.
- Represent customer and business perspectives in leadership discussions, creating alignment around investment choices, product risks, delivery constraints, and the measurable impact expected from each initiative.
Essential Skills & Technologies
- Strong product management capability across discovery, roadmap ownership, prioritization, requirements, delivery, launch, and post-release measurement in B2B SaaS or fintech environments.
- Proficiency with product analytics, experimentation, customer research, and data-informed decision-making, using evidence to identify opportunities and evaluate business and user outcomes.
- Working knowledge of Agile product delivery, APIs, SaaS platforms, payments or financial workflows, and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, SQL, or equivalent systems.
Additional Plus
- Experience building products for finance teams, lenders, payments businesses, marketplaces, or other regulated B2B workflows where trust, controls, and auditability influence product decisions.
- Familiarity with compliance, data privacy, identity, risk, reconciliation, billing, or embedded finance concepts and their implications for customer experience and platform design.
- Experience scaling products across customer segments, geographies, or complex enterprise integrations while maintaining usability, reliability, and clear commercial value.
What You'll Bring
- You bring 5–8 years of product management experience, ideally building B2B SaaS, fintech, payments, financial operations, or workflow products. You are comfortable owning a problem from customer discovery through measurable adoption, and you can explain why a priority matters in terms of user value, revenue, efficiency, risk, or retention.
- You combine structured thinking with practical execution, turning ambiguous inputs into clear decisions, requirements, metrics, and delivery plans. You communicate effectively with engineers, designers, executives, sales teams, operations, compliance partners, and customers, adapting the level of detail to each audience.
- You use qualitative and quantitative evidence rather than opinion alone, and you are willing to challenge assumptions respectfully when the data points elsewhere. You understand that fintech products require reliability, security, transparency, and operational discipline alongside a compelling user experience.
- You take accountability for outcomes after launch, learn from performance signals, and improve the product continuously. Above all, you bring curiosity, commercial judgment, customer empathy, and the resilience needed to make thoughtful trade-offs in a fast-moving environment.
Why Join Us
- Shape products at the intersection of B2B SaaS and fintech, where better workflows can improve customer productivity, financial visibility, and business performance.
- Work across customer, commercial, technical, and operational teams, gaining broad ownership of product decisions and seeing ideas progress from discovery to measurable adoption.
- Join an inclusive organization that values practical collaboration, diverse perspectives, and accountable execution while supporting meaningful opportunities for professional growth.
What We Offer
- A hybrid working model in Gurugram with the autonomy and collaboration needed to perform effectively across product, engineering, design, and business teams.
- The opportunity to own meaningful B2B SaaS fintech outcomes, supported by cross-functional exposure and direct involvement in customer, commercial, and operational decisions.
