About the Company

Binding Minds is a workforce solutions company that helps organizations build stronger teams through recruitment, staffing, and people-focused services. The company works across business needs where dependable talent, responsive execution, and long-term relationships matter. Its work connects employers with the capabilities required to grow, operate effectively, and adapt to changing workforce demands. The Founder’s Office is a high-visibility environment within this business, bringing together strategic priorities, operational follow-through, and cross-functional coordination. Team members work closely with leadership and partner with colleagues across the organization to turn ideas into measurable progress. Binding Minds values practical ownership, clear communication, and a collaborative working style. The company is also committed to inclusive hiring and is recognized as a certified diverse business enterprise. This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to company-building work while learning how decisions move from leadership intent to execution across a growing workforce solutions organization.

About the Role

The Founder’s Office Associate will help leadership convert priorities into coordinated action across the business. You will own structured follow-through on strategic and operational initiatives, create visibility into progress, and make sure important decisions reach the right people at the right time. The role combines business research, project coordination, communication, and problem-solving. You may support planning meetings, prepare concise briefs, track commitments, analyze information, and improve recurring operating rhythms. Success means reducing execution gaps, strengthening decision quality, and helping the founders spend more time on the highest-value opportunities. This is a hands-on role for someone comfortable moving between detail and context, working with limited direction, and building trust across teams. You will gain broad exposure to workforce solutions, company operations, and the practical realities of scaling a business from the headquarters in New Delhi.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own tracking for founder-led priorities, translating decisions into clear actions, accountable owners, and deadlines. Improve visibility so leadership can identify risks early and keep strategic work moving.
  • Prepare concise briefs, analyses, presentations, and meeting materials using reliable business information. Strengthen decision quality by turning scattered inputs into clear options, implications, and recommendations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives from planning through closure, maintaining milestones, dependencies, and escalation points. Deliver outcomes by ensuring teams understand commitments and unresolved issues do not stall execution.
  • Run structured follow-ups after leadership meetings, capturing decisions and measuring completion. Build an operating rhythm that converts conversations into accountable progress across departments.
  • Conduct research on markets, clients, competitors, and internal performance when requested by leadership. Surface insights that inform growth choices, operating improvements, and workforce solutions priorities.
  • Support process improvement across the Founder’s Office by documenting recurring workflows and identifying avoidable friction. Make execution more consistent through simple systems, templates, and repeatable practices.
  • Build trusted working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners when required. Improve collaboration through clear communication, thoughtful preparation, and dependable follow-through.

Essential Skills & Technologies

  • Strong written and verbal communication, structured problem-solving, and business judgment are essential. You should be able to simplify complex information and communicate clearly with senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets, presentations, documents, and collaboration tools is required. Comfort organizing data, building concise updates, and maintaining action trackers will directly support execution.
  • Strong project coordination and prioritization skills are important in a changing environment. You must manage multiple workstreams without losing detail, context, or accountability.

Additional Plus

  • Experience in a startup, founder-led company, consulting environment, recruitment business, staffing organization, or operations role will be useful. It can accelerate your understanding of ambiguous, cross-functional work.
  • Exposure to dashboards, CRM systems, project-management tools, or workflow automation is a plus. These capabilities can help the Founder’s Office improve reporting and operating cadence.
  • Familiarity with workforce trends, talent markets, or client-facing business models would be valuable. It can help you connect leadership priorities to customer and business outcomes.

What You'll Bring

You bring a combination of curiosity, organization, judgment, and bias toward action. You are comfortable receiving an ambiguous question, creating structure, and returning with a useful answer rather than waiting for perfect instructions. You communicate with precision, write clearly, and know when a matter requires escalation or deeper investigation. You can move between research, analysis, meeting coordination, stakeholder follow-up, and detailed execution without treating any of them as beneath you. You take ownership of commitments and close loops reliably, especially when several teams are involved. You are thoughtful with confidential information and comfortable working close to senior leadership. You also bring the interpersonal maturity to collaborate with different working styles, challenge assumptions respectfully, and keep momentum during periods of change. The strongest candidates will be motivated by broad exposure, enjoy learning how businesses operate, and care about making systems simpler for others. A practical sense of humor, enthusiasm for a welcoming office, and appreciation for great coffee will fit naturally into the team’s culture.
