About the Role

The Transaction Manager will own the end-to-end execution of real estate transactions for clients and internal stakeholders, converting commercial requirements into controlled, timely outcomes. The role will manage transaction pipelines, coordinate due diligence, maintain documentation accuracy, and keep negotiations moving across brokers, landlords, tenants, legal advisors, finance teams, and business leaders. Success means delivering transparent transaction visibility, reducing execution risk, protecting commercial interests, and ensuring decisions are supported by reliable market and financial analysis. Based in Gurugram, this hybrid role combines structured office-based coordination with client engagement, property visits, and stakeholder meetings. The manager will bring disciplined process ownership, sound judgment, and strong communication to a fast-moving professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the transaction pipeline from initial brief through closure, using structured trackers and governance routines to maintain visibility, clear accountability, and timely commercial outcomes.
  • Lead requirements analysis, property evaluation, financial comparisons, and transaction recommendations so clients and stakeholders can make informed decisions aligned with business objectives.
  • Coordinate due diligence, documentation, approvals, and closing activities across legal, finance, operations, brokers, landlords, tenants, and other counterparties to reduce execution risk.
  • Manage negotiations and stakeholder communication, using market intelligence and commercial analysis to protect client interests, improve terms, and resolve issues before they affect timelines.
  • Maintain accurate transaction records, reporting dashboards, and milestone updates so leadership has a dependable view of pipeline health, risks, dependencies, and expected outcomes.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, property owners, occupiers, consultants, and internal teams to strengthen service quality and support repeat business.
  • Identify process gaps and implement practical improvements that increase transaction control, documentation quality, responsiveness, and consistency across assignments.

Essential Skills & Technologies

  • Strong real estate transaction management capability, including leasing, acquisitions, disposals, renewals, or related commercial property processes, with ownership of multiple concurrent mandates.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, market research, comparable assessment, and transaction modelling using Microsoft Excel or equivalent tools to support evidence-based recommendations.
  • Working knowledge of due diligence, commercial documentation, approvals, compliance coordination, and transaction closing requirements across real estate stakeholders.
  • Skilled negotiation, presentation, written communication, and stakeholder management abilities, with confidence engaging clients, senior leaders, advisors, landlords, tenants, and brokers.
  • Strong command of pipeline tracking, reporting, document management, and collaboration tools, with disciplined attention to data accuracy, deadlines, and auditability.
  • Ability to interpret business requirements, structure ambiguous problems, and convert analysis into clear actions, decisions, and measurable transaction outcomes.

Additional Plus

  • Experience with corporate real estate, occupier services, capital markets, investment transactions, or large commercial property portfolios would strengthen fit for the role.
  • Familiarity with real estate technology platforms, CRM systems, dashboard reporting, or workflow automation would support stronger pipeline visibility and process control.
  • Professional certification or postgraduate qualification in real estate, finance, business, or a related discipline would be advantageous.

What You'll Bring

  • Bring 5–8 years of relevant experience managing real estate transactions, advisory assignments, leasing mandates, acquisitions, disposals, or comparable commercial property engagements with measurable ownership of outcomes.
  • Demonstrate the judgment to balance client requirements, commercial value, transaction risk, documentation standards, and delivery timelines while handling several priorities without losing control of detail.
  • Communicate clearly with senior stakeholders and external counterparties, making complex analysis understandable and keeping decisions, dependencies, and next actions visible throughout the transaction lifecycle.
  • Operate with integrity, accountability, curiosity, and a collaborative mindset, reflecting a commitment to expert advice, enduring relationships, exceptional results, and doing what is right for clients and communities.
