About the Company

We are a rapidly growing Business Process Management and Business Process Outsourcing company with more than 4,000 employees and over 20 years of operational experience. Our work supports more than 1,200 clients globally through a network of 13 offices across the United States, London, and India, including Bengaluru, Chennai, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and Pune. Our BPO capabilities span customer experience, finance and accounting, and healthcare operations. Our BPM business combines technology-enabled services, analytics, and automation to help clients improve performance and scale efficiently. We build long-term partnerships by connecting operational expertise with practical innovation and measurable business outcomes. Our culture is grounded in integrity, customer focus, excellence, teamwork, and innovation. As Senior Marketing Manager, you will help translate this differentiated operating model into clear market positioning, stronger demand, and qualified growth opportunities across our global business.

About the Role

Own the marketing agenda for a global BPM and BPO business, connecting positioning, demand generation, content, campaigns, and sales enablement to measurable growth. You will shape how the company presents its customer experience, finance and accounting, healthcare, analytics, and automation capabilities to priority markets. Working across Bengaluru and Navi Mumbai in a hybrid model, you will partner with business leaders and commercial teams to turn market insight into focused programs, stronger pipeline, and improved conversion. The role requires strategic judgment, disciplined execution, and the ability to communicate complex operational and technology-enabled services simply. Success means building a consistent global narrative while adapting campaigns to audience needs, strengthening the brand’s credibility, and creating a marketing engine that supports the company’s expansion and long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the integrated marketing strategy across BPM and BPO offerings, using market insight, segmentation, and performance data to prioritize programs that increase qualified demand and support sustainable revenue growth.
  • Translate customer experience, finance and accounting, healthcare, analytics, and automation capabilities into differentiated positioning, messaging, content, and campaigns that make complex services clear to prospective clients.
  • Build the demand-generation engine across digital, content, events, account-based marketing, and partner channels, establishing measurement standards that improve campaign efficiency, pipeline contribution, and conversion quality.
  • Partner with sales and business leaders to define target accounts, buyer journeys, sales narratives, and enablement assets, ensuring marketing activity directly supports commercial priorities and strengthens client conversations.
  • Lead marketing planning, budgets, agencies, and cross-functional execution, creating operating rhythms and governance that improve delivery quality, speed, accountability, and visibility into business impact.
  • Establish dashboards and reporting for brand, engagement, campaign, pipeline, and conversion performance, using insights to reallocate investment and continuously improve the marketing portfolio.
  • Develop and coach marketing talent while coordinating stakeholders across India, the United States, and London, reinforcing teamwork, integrity, excellence, customer focus, and innovation in execution.

Essential Skills & Technologies

  • Strategic B2B marketing leadership across technology-enabled services, BPM, BPO, or another complex enterprise-services environment, with evidence of connecting marketing investment to pipeline and commercial outcomes.
  • Strong expertise in positioning, messaging, integrated campaigns, demand generation, account-based marketing, content strategy, and sales enablement for multiple buyer groups and markets.
  • Practical command of marketing analytics, CRM, marketing automation, web analytics, campaign measurement, and dashboarding, with the judgment to turn data into prioritization and action.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and executive communication skills, including the ability to simplify operational, analytics, and automation-led propositions into credible customer-facing narratives.
  • Proven stakeholder and team leadership across sales, operations, technology, and international teams, with the influence to align priorities and deliver through shared accountability.
  • Strong commercial orientation, structured planning, budget ownership, and vendor management, focused on improving efficiency, quality, speed, and measurable business contribution.

Additional Plus

  • Experience marketing customer experience, finance and accounting, healthcare, analytics, automation, or related outsourced and technology-enabled services to enterprise clients.
  • Exposure to global go-to-market programs spanning the United States, United Kingdom, and India, with sensitivity to regional buyer needs and market differences.
  • Experience building or maturing a marketing function during rapid organizational growth, including process design, talent development, governance, and performance reporting.

What You'll Bring

  • You bring 8–12 years of progressive B2B marketing experience and the ability to own strategy while staying close enough to execution to ensure quality, speed, and measurable results.
  • You bring a commercial mindset that connects audience insight, positioning, campaigns, content, and enablement to qualified pipeline, conversion, client value, and long-term growth.
  • You bring comfort operating in a complex, international services environment, influencing leaders and collaborating across sales, operations, technology, and distributed teams without relying on authority alone.
  • You bring disciplined analytical thinking, strong storytelling, and high standards for integrity, customer focus, excellence, teamwork, and innovation in every marketing decision.
