The company works in the BPM/BPO sector and has a stated vision of “as das.” Its organization size is listed as 201–500 employees. The Senior Marketing Manager will join a company focused on business processing services and will help strengthen how the organization presents its capabilities, engages target audiences, and supports commercial growth. The role is relevant for a marketing leader who can connect market insight, brand positioning, demand generation, and measurable business outcomes. This active search identifies Digital Business Processing Services as the hiring organization and is intended for a hybrid role supporting teams across Bengaluru and Navi Mumbai.
About the Role
As Senior Marketing Manager, you will own the marketing agenda for a BPM/BPO business and translate company capabilities into differentiated market positioning, qualified demand, and commercial value. You will set priorities across brand, digital, content, campaigns, communications, and performance measurement while aligning closely with business leaders and delivery stakeholders. The role requires a hands-on operator who can build a reliable marketing engine, improve visibility with target audiences, and make investment decisions using evidence. You will work in a hybrid environment across Bengaluru and Navi Mumbai, bringing structure to planning, execution, reporting, and optimization. Success means stronger brand clarity, better engagement with priority accounts and talent audiences, a more consistent market presence, and marketing activity that can be connected to business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the annual marketing strategy and operating plan, translating business priorities into campaigns, content, channels, and measurable outcomes that improve market visibility and support commercial growth.
- Define positioning and messaging for BPM/BPO services, creating a consistent narrative across the website, LinkedIn, sales materials, proposals, campaigns, and stakeholder communications.
- Build demand-generation programs for priority segments, managing audience targeting, campaign execution, lead quality, funnel progression, and conversion performance through a structured marketing system.
- Establish performance reporting across brand, digital, content, campaign, and pipeline metrics, using insights to reallocate effort, improve return on investment, and strengthen decision quality.
- Lead content and thought-leadership planning, converting service expertise and market insight into useful assets that build credibility, support sales conversations, and increase audience engagement.
- Partner with sales, delivery, HR, and leadership teams to align market activity, coordinate launches, strengthen employer brand communication, and ensure marketing reflects business realities.
- Manage external agencies, vendors, and marketing budgets with clear briefs, quality standards, timelines, and accountability for business impact.
Essential Skills & Technologies
- Strong expertise in B2B marketing strategy, positioning, demand generation, integrated campaigns, content marketing, digital channels, and brand management within services or technology-led environments.
- Demonstrated ability to connect marketing activity with measurable outcomes, including qualified demand, engagement, conversion, pipeline contribution, brand visibility, and return on investment.
- Working proficiency with marketing automation, CRM, web analytics, campaign reporting, social platforms, content management systems, and productivity tools used to manage a modern marketing engine.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to simplify complex BPM/BPO offerings and influence senior stakeholders across commercial, delivery, and corporate functions.
- Strong people, agency, budget, and project management skills, with the judgment to prioritize work, maintain execution discipline, and improve performance through evidence.
Additional Plus
- Experience marketing BPM, BPO, IT-enabled services, consulting, or other complex business services where trust, proof points, and solution clarity influence buying decisions.
- Exposure to account-based marketing, employer branding, public relations, thought leadership, or multi-location marketing programs would strengthen your ability to expand the company’s reach.
- Experience building marketing processes, dashboards, and governance in a growing organization would help create repeatable execution and transparent accountability.
What You'll Bring
- An MBA is required, together with 8–12 years of progressive marketing experience and a track record of owning strategy, execution, and measurable outcomes rather than isolated activities.
- You bring commercial judgment and can convert business goals into focused marketing priorities, clear audience strategies, differentiated messaging, and channel plans that teams can execute consistently.
- You are comfortable balancing strategic direction with hands-on delivery, moving from insight and planning to briefs, campaigns, content, reporting, optimization, and stakeholder communication.
- You can use data to assess what is working, explain trade-offs, improve investment decisions, and create a shared view of marketing performance for senior leadership.
- You communicate with clarity and credibility, especially when translating complex services into compelling stories for clients, prospects, partners, employees, and internal decision-makers.
- You build trust across functions and locations, bringing structure to collaboration with sales, delivery, HR, leadership teams, agencies, and vendors.
- You care about operational rigor: clear ownership, realistic timelines, quality control, disciplined budgets, useful dashboards, and follow-through on commitments.
- You are motivated by the opportunity to shape the market presence of an established BPM/BPO organization while building marketing systems that create durable visibility, engagement, and business value.
Why Join Us
This role offers the opportunity to own a meaningful marketing agenda within an established BPM/BPO organization founded in 2003. You will not be limited to one channel or a narrow campaign remit; you will shape positioning, demand generation, content, digital presence, communications, and performance management as one connected growth system. The work will influence how the company is understood by prospective clients, partners, employees, and the wider market. You will collaborate with leaders and teams across Bengaluru and Navi Mumbai, giving you exposure to a multi-location operating environment and the chance to create consistency at scale. The role also provides scope to bring greater structure to marketing measurement, improve the connection between activity and business outcomes, and build repeatable processes that raise execution quality over time. For a senior marketer who enjoys both strategy and delivery, this is an opportunity to make the function more commercially accountable while helping an established services company strengthen its market presence.
What We Offer
- The opportunity to own a broad, high-impact marketing mandate spanning brand, demand generation, content, digital channels, communications, and performance measurement within an established BPM/BPO organization.
- A hybrid, multi-location working environment connecting stakeholders across Bengaluru and Navi Mumbai, with scope to build systems and marketing practices that create lasting business value.
- The opportunity to work closely with business, delivery, sales, HR, and leadership teams while shaping how the company communicates its capabilities to the market.
