The role calls for structured discovery, decisive prioritization, and strong execution in a multi-industry environment where requirements can vary across users and hiring models. - Lead discovery across clients, candidates, recruiters, and internal delivery teams, converting recurring workforce challenges into validated opportunities and clearer product decisions.
- Define outcome-focused requirements, success measures, and release priorities so engineering and design teams can execute with shared context, reduced rework, and stronger user value.
- Drive cross-functional delivery from concept to launch, resolving dependencies and trade-offs across product, technology, recruiting, operations, and commercial stakeholders.
- Establish product analytics and feedback loops that reveal adoption, friction, and business impact, enabling evidence-based iteration across the product lifecycle.
- Shape product experiences that support inclusive hiring and accessibility, ensuring diverse users can engage effectively while strengthening workforce outcomes for clients and candidates.
- Communicate roadmap choices, risks, and progress to senior stakeholders, creating alignment and accountability around measurable product performance.
Essential Skills & Technologies
- Product discovery and strategy skills, including user research, problem framing, opportunity sizing, roadmap development, and prioritization across competing customer and business needs.
- Strong product execution experience using PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog management, sprint planning, and release coordination with engineering and design teams.
- Data-informed decision-making using product analytics, funnel analysis, experimentation, dashboards, and qualitative feedback to improve adoption, retention, and operational outcomes.
- Working knowledge of Agile product development, Scrum or comparable delivery methods, with the ability to create clarity across ambiguity and changing priorities.
- Experience with product collaboration and planning tools such as Jira, Confluence, Productboard, Notion, or equivalent platforms for maintaining visibility and execution discipline.
- Ability to partner effectively with recruiting, operations, sales, customers, and technical teams, translating domain complexity into simple product choices and scalable workflows.
Additional Plus

- A strong record of turning ambiguous customer and operational problems into focused strategies, prioritized roadmaps, and decisions that teams can execute confidently.
- The ability to influence without authority, align diverse stakeholders, and maintain momentum through complex trade-offs, shifting requirements, and cross-functional dependencies.
