About the Role

As Program Manager at greylabs.ai, you will own the operating rhythm for complex, cross-functional initiatives and convert strategic priorities into measurable delivery. Based in Delhi with a hybrid workplace model, you will align stakeholders, clarify scope, manage dependencies, and surface risks early enough for leaders to act. Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of strategic, cross-functional programs, establishing milestones, decision rights, and success measures that keep teams aligned and convert priorities into business outcomes.
• Build integrated program plans across product, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders, managing dependencies and sequencing work to improve delivery predictability and execution speed.
• Establish operating cadences, dashboards, and governance mechanisms that create transparent progress reporting, accelerate decisions, and give leadership a reliable view of risks and trade-offs.
• Identify delivery risks, blockers, and scope changes early, driving mitigation plans and escalation paths that protect timelines, quality, and stakeholder confidence.
• Facilitate structured stakeholder communication, translating complex developments into clear updates that support fast alignment, informed decisions, and consistent accountability across teams.
• Improve program management practices by reviewing outcomes, diagnosing recurring execution gaps, and implementing lightweight mechanisms that raise operational maturity without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.
• Measure program performance against agreed objectives, using data and retrospectives to strengthen planning, resource allocation, and continuous improvement across future initiatives.

Essential Skills & Technologies

• Strong program and project management expertise across planning, execution, dependency management, risk control, and executive reporting for complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Proficiency with program tracking and collaboration tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Confluence, Notion, or equivalent platforms used to manage delivery visibility.
• Working understanding of product and software development lifecycles, Agile or Scrum practices, backlog prioritization, release planning, and technology-team operating models.
• Strong analytical capability using spreadsheets, dashboards, and structured metrics to monitor milestones, capacity, risks, performance trends, and program health.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate technical, operational, and business information for varied stakeholder groups.
• Demonstrated capability in stakeholder management, facilitation, negotiation, prioritization, and driving decisions when ownership or requirements are distributed across teams.
• Practical experience designing governance, documentation, standard operating procedures, and continuous-improvement mechanisms that make execution more consistent and measurable.

• Experience managing programs in a technology startup or product-led environment where priorities shift quickly and teams require structure without heavy process.
