It requires strong judgment, presence, and the ability to connect day-to-day execution with broader business goals. The right person will bring structure to competing priorities, manage sensitive communication, and help maintain high standards across internal operations and external service delivery. This is a hands-on leadership support role for someone who can move comfortably between planning, problem-solving, and follow-through.
Key Responsibilities
- Own leadership cadence across operations, converting strategic priorities into clear actions, timelines, and accountable owners so critical work moves forward without drift.
- Coordinate across facility management, hospitality, and support teams to keep service levels consistent, resolve dependencies early, and protect the employee and guest experience.
- Build structured reporting and review routines that give leadership a clear view of operational risks, progress, and decisions needed to maintain performance.
- Manage special projects and cross-functional initiatives that improve service quality, process discipline, and operating efficiency across the business.
- Prepare decision-ready briefs, meeting materials, and follow-ups so leadership time is focused on the highest-value issues and outcomes.
- Track commitments, escalate blockers, and close open loops with rigor, ensuring nothing important is lost between planning and execution.
- Support communication between leadership and stakeholders with professionalism, discretion, and a strong sense of priorities.
Essential Skills & Technologies
- Strong operating judgment with the ability to structure ambiguity, prioritize competing demands, and keep multiple workstreams moving toward measurable outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the presence to support senior leaders and the tact to coordinate across diverse teams.
- Working knowledge of facility management and hospitality operations, including service delivery standards, vendor coordination, and day-to-day operational controls.
- Comfort with reporting, planning, and follow-through tools that help maintain visibility on actions, owners, risks, and deadlines.
- High attention to detail with a strong bias for execution, accountability, and clean handoffs across functions.
- Strong problem-solving ability, especially in fast-moving environments where service quality and responsiveness matter.
- Professional discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive information, leadership communication, and priority decisions.
Additional Plus
- Experience supporting a founder, CXO, or senior leadership team in an operations-heavy environment.
- Exposure to workplace services, guest experience, or multi-site facility operations.
- Background in hospitality systems, vendor management, or service excellence programs.
