About the Company
We are a confidential organization providing integrated presentation, printing, publication, and related document-services solutions to business and professional clients. Our work helps customers communicate complex information clearly, consistently, and professionally across high-stakes meetings, transactions, events, and publications.
The organization combines consultative client service, production expertise, operational reliability, and technology-enabled workflows to manage demanding requirements across multiple formats and delivery timelines. Our commercial growth depends on understanding customer needs, building trusted relationships, and connecting sales commitments to dependable execution.
We are seeking a senior commercial leader who can strengthen the US business while supporting collaboration across international markets. This role will shape go-to-market priorities, improve sales discipline, expand strategic accounts, and create repeatable growth across presentation, printing, and publication services. The successful candidate will balance executive-level relationship building with rigorous pipeline, forecasting, pricing, and performance management.
About the Role
The Vice President of Sales will own US revenue growth across presentation, printing, and publication services. Through a consultative sales strategy, disciplined pipeline management, and executive-level customer engagement, this leader will convert market opportunity into profitable, recurring business.
The role will set go-to-market priorities, lead strategic account development, strengthen sales processes, and align commercial commitments with delivery capabilities. Success will be measured through revenue growth, gross-margin quality, new-logo acquisition, retention, expansion within priority accounts, forecast accuracy, and sales-team effectiveness.
This leader will partner closely with client service, production, operations, and senior management to remove execution barriers and improve the customer experience. The position requires a visible operator who can build trusted relationships, coach high-performing teams, and make informed decisions across US and international opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the US sales strategy, annual revenue plan, and growth priorities across presentation, printing, publication, and related professional services, improving market focus and profitable commercial performance.
- Build executive relationships with enterprise and professional-services clients, using consultative discovery and account planning to increase retention, cross-sell adoption, wallet share, and long-term customer value.
- Establish rigorous pipeline governance through CRM discipline, qualification standards, forecasting cadence, opportunity reviews, and conversion analysis, improving visibility and reliability of revenue planning.
- Lead, coach, and develop sales leaders and account executives through clear targets, performance reviews, enablement programs, and incentive alignment, building a more consistent and accountable commercial organization.
- Partner with operations, production, and client service teams to align pricing, capacity, service levels, and delivery commitments, protecting margins while strengthening customer confidence and repeat business.
- Identify new verticals, channels, partnerships, and market opportunities through competitive analysis, customer insight, and structured experimentation, creating scalable sources of qualified demand and incremental revenue.
- Present commercial performance, risks, investments, and decisions to senior leadership, linking sales activity to business outcomes and securing resources required for sustainable growth.
Essential Skills & Technologies
- 12+ years of progressive B2B sales leadership experience, including enterprise selling, strategic account management, consultative services sales, and ownership of complex revenue targets.
- Demonstrated success selling presentation, printing, publication, managed services, document solutions, or adjacent professional-services offerings to demanding business customers.
- Strong command of CRM platforms, pipeline analytics, forecasting, pricing, sales-performance management, and executive communication, with the ability to turn data into clear commercial action.
Additional Plus
- Experience working with professional-services, legal, financial, consulting, corporate communications, or other high-stakes business clients with time-sensitive presentation and publication requirements.
- Exposure to US and UK or broader international sales environments, including cross-border teams, varied buying processes, and coordinated account coverage.
- Track record of leading sales transformation, integrating technology-enabled workflows, or expanding recurring and project-based services across complex customer portfolios.
What You'll Bring
You will bring the judgment and operating discipline required to lead a complex B2B services sales function in a customer-critical environment. You know how to translate market opportunity into a focused growth plan, then build the systems, talent, and accountability required to deliver it.
You are credible with executive buyers and practical with internal teams. You can uncover business problems, shape differentiated solutions, defend value, negotiate commercially sound agreements, and ensure delivery teams can meet the promise made in the sales process. Your experience includes managing multi-million-dollar pipelines, strategic accounts, forecasting rhythms, pricing decisions, and sales performance against demanding targets.
You will also bring a coaching mindset. Rather than relying only on individual relationships, you build repeatable methods for qualification, account planning, opportunity progression, and customer expansion. You use CRM data and operating reviews to identify bottlenecks, improve conversion, and make resource decisions.
The ideal leader is decisive, collaborative, resilient, and comfortable operating across US and international stakeholders. You communicate clearly, take ownership of outcomes, and connect commercial choices to customer trust, margin quality, and sustainable growth.
