About the Role

As an FDM4 ERP Developer, you will own the design, development, configuration, integration, and ongoing reliability of FDM4-based enterprise solutions. You will convert business requirements into scalable functionality, investigate production issues, and improve processes through structured technical solutions. The role requires close partnership with business stakeholders and technology teams to understand operational needs, manage change safely, and protect data quality. You will contribute across the full delivery lifecycle, including analysis, estimation, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and post-release support. Your work will help users complete critical processes more efficiently, strengthen system stability, and reduce recurring operational problems. This is a remote role for candidates based anywhere in India, suited to an experienced professional who can work independently while maintaining strong collaboration and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Own FDM4 development and configuration work from requirements through release, ensuring solutions address business needs, remain maintainable, and improve process efficiency without compromising system stability.
• Translate functional requirements into technical designs, estimates, and delivery plans, creating predictable execution and giving stakeholders clear visibility into scope, dependencies, risks, and expected outcomes.
• Develop, enhance, and troubleshoot FDM4 functionality, identifying root causes rather than treating symptoms so recurring defects decline and users experience more reliable business operations.
• Design and support integrations between FDM4 and surrounding enterprise applications, protecting data accuracy, transaction continuity, and timely information flow across critical business processes.
• Lead testing, deployment, validation, and post-release support for ERP changes, using disciplined controls to reduce production disruption and confirm that delivered functionality performs as intended.
• Maintain technical documentation, configuration records, and support knowledge, enabling faster issue resolution, consistent delivery, and reduced dependency on individual team members.
• Partner with users and cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize improvements, explain technical trade-offs, and ensure the ERP roadmap reflects measurable operational value.

Essential Skills & Technologies

• Strong hands-on experience with FDM4 ERP development, configuration, customization, troubleshooting, and support across enterprise business processes and production environments.
• Proficiency in relevant programming, database, reporting, integration, and debugging practices required to extend FDM4 and connect it reliably with other business systems.
• Demonstrated capability across requirements analysis, technical design, testing, deployment, incident resolution, documentation, and stakeholder communication within structured ERP delivery lifecycles.

Additional Plus

• Experience supporting ERP modernization, process optimization, data migration, or integration initiatives that improved operational efficiency, reporting quality, or system adoption.
• Familiarity with formal change management, release controls, service management, and root-cause analysis practices in business-critical technology environments.
• Experience working with distributed teams and remote stakeholders across functions, time zones, or regions while maintaining clear ownership and delivery visibility.
