About the Company
Binding Minds is a workforce solutions partner focused on helping organizations build stronger teams through inclusive hiring and high-quality delivery. The company supports both contingent and permanent hiring across industries, with a centralized recruiting and delivery model designed to keep execution consistent and responsive. Its mission emphasizes diversity, inclusion, accessibility, and workforce excellence, reflecting a people-first approach to talent outcomes. The organization operates from Bridgewater, India, and serves clients with a practical focus on matching business needs with the right talent. This role sits inside that broader mission, supporting a brand that benefits from clear positioning, consistent market presence, and disciplined execution. The work matters because brand strength shapes trust, visibility, and growth in competitive talent markets.
About the Role
The Brand Manager will own how the brand is positioned, expressed, and experienced across key touchpoints. The role is responsible for turning business goals into clear brand priorities, then using campaigns, messaging, and cross-functional coordination to improve market visibility and customer perception. This person will work closely with marketing, leadership, and other stakeholders to ensure the brand stays consistent, relevant, and commercially useful. Success comes from building a brand system that strengthens demand, supports hiring or business growth goals, and creates a sharper market identity. The role is best suited to someone who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and keep the brand tied to measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Own brand positioning and messaging so the market understands what the company stands for, what makes it different, and why that matters to target audiences.
- Translate business priorities into brand campaigns and communication plans that improve visibility, recall, and engagement across relevant channels.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners so every brand touchpoint stays consistent, timely, and aligned with commercial goals.
- Monitor brand performance, audience response, and market feedback to identify what is working, what is not, and where to adjust the approach.
- Build and maintain brand guidelines, core narratives, and campaign standards so execution remains consistent as the business grows.
- Support launches, events, and other marketing initiatives by shaping the brand story and ensuring the message drives the intended business outcome.
- Use data, insight, and stakeholder input to prioritize brand investments that create measurable impact rather than disconnected activity.
Essential Skills & Technologies
- Strong brand management experience with the ability to connect positioning, messaging, and campaign execution to measurable business results.
- Solid understanding of marketing strategy, audience segmentation, and channel planning so brand work reaches the right people in the right way.
- Ability to work across functions and influence stakeholders, keeping brand decisions aligned with business priorities and execution realities.
- Experience using performance data, customer insight, and market feedback to refine brand direction and improve outcomes over time.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to create clear messaging, compelling narratives, and practical brand guidance.
- Comfort managing multiple priorities, timelines, and partners while maintaining quality and consistency across deliverables.
Additional Plus
- Experience in workforce solutions, staffing, consulting, or B2B services is a plus because it shortens the learning curve on the market and audience.
- Familiarity with brand tracking, campaign reporting, or CRM-connected marketing workflows will help the role influence decisions with stronger evidence.
- Exposure to employer branding or talent-focused marketing can be valuable if the role supports hiring, reputation, or workforce growth goals.
What You'll Bring
- You bring a track record of owning brand outcomes, not just marketing tasks, and you know how to connect brand activity to business impact.
- You can turn complex business goals into simple, consistent messaging that audiences understand and trust.
- You work well across teams, keep projects moving, and protect brand quality while balancing speed and competing priorities.
- You use insight and evidence to make better brand decisions, then adjust quickly when the market or business needs change.
