About the Company
Binding Minds is a workforce solutions company focused on inclusive hiring and building high-performing teams across industries. As a certified Disability-Owned Business Enterprise, it brings a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and accessibility into how it serves clients and supports talent. The company operates with a centralized recruiting and delivery model that supports both contingent and permanent hiring. Its work spans multiple sectors, giving it exposure to varied business needs and hiring requirements. For this role, the company needs someone who can help maintain quality standards with consistency, discipline, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will understand how quality assurance supports service reliability, process control, and client confidence in a fast-moving environment.
About the Role
The Quality Assurance Executive will own day-to-day quality checks and reporting that protect consistency across work outputs, processes, or service delivery. The role requires someone who can identify gaps early, support corrective action, and help teams maintain defined standards without slowing execution. This position is important to the company’s ability to deliver reliable outcomes and meet client expectations. The right person will work closely with operations and delivery teams to improve accuracy, reduce rework, and strengthen compliance with internal quality norms. Success in this role depends on clear documentation, structured follow-through, and the ability to turn observations into practical improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Own routine quality checks across assigned processes or deliverables, using defined standards to identify gaps early and prevent avoidable errors from reaching clients or internal stakeholders.
- Track quality metrics, record exceptions, and maintain clear documentation so leadership can see where standards are slipping and which fixes are delivering measurable improvement.
- Coordinate with operations and delivery teams to close quality issues quickly, ensuring corrective actions are practical, tracked, and completed within agreed timelines.
- Support audit readiness and compliance by maintaining accurate records, evidence trails, and process notes that make reviews faster and more reliable.
- Analyze recurring defects or process deviations, translate findings into actionable recommendations, and help teams reduce repeat errors through better controls.
- Contribute to process standardization by updating checklists, templates, and review methods so quality expectations are easier to follow and sustain.
- Escalate high-risk issues promptly with clear context, allowing managers to prioritize fixes that protect customer experience and business continuity.
Essential Skills & Technologies
- Strong quality assurance fundamentals with the ability to apply standards consistently, inspect work objectively, and separate isolated mistakes from recurring process problems.
- Good command of Excel or similar reporting tools to track defects, monitor trends, and present quality data in a format that supports decisions and follow-up.
- Clear written communication skills to document findings, explain issues, and share corrective actions in a way that teams can act on quickly.
- Strong coordination and follow-through to ensure quality fixes are owned, tracked, and closed rather than left open after initial review.
- Attention to detail and analytical thinking to spot patterns, identify root causes, and recommend improvements that reduce rework and improve reliability.
- Working knowledge of process compliance, documentation discipline, and internal control practices that help maintain consistency across outputs.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment while keeping quality standards visible and actionable.
Additional Plus
- Experience in FMCG or a similar high-volume environment where speed, consistency, and process discipline directly affect business outcomes.
- Exposure to audits, inspections, or structured quality frameworks that strengthen the ability to work confidently with controls and evidence-based reviews.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methods that help raise standards without adding unnecessary friction to daily operations.
What You'll Bring
- You bring a practical quality mindset and use it to protect standards, reduce errors, and improve reliability across the work you oversee.
- You can organize data, document issues clearly, and keep teams aligned on what needs to be fixed, by when, and to what standard.
- You stay steady under pressure, follow through on action items, and help the business maintain quality even when priorities shift quickly.
- You work well across functions and turn observations into improvements that make processes easier to run and easier to trust.
