About the Company
Our organization operates in the business process management and business process outsourcing sector, helping clients manage service operations through structured processes, technology, and accountable delivery teams. The company brings an operations-led environment to every function, with emphasis on dependable execution, measurable service quality, and responsive stakeholder support. As an ENT Surgeon, you would contribute clinical expertise to an organization that values disciplined workflows and practical outcomes. The role connects specialist medical judgment with a broader service-delivery system, ensuring employees, partners, or service users receive timely and appropriate ear, nose, and throat care. We are building a workplace where professionals can take ownership of their domain, collaborate across operational teams, and improve the quality and consistency of services delivered. This opportunity is suited to a clinician who combines sound diagnosis, safe treatment, clear communication, and the ability to work effectively within an organized, process-oriented environment.
About the Role
The ENT Surgeon will own the quality and continuity of ear, nose, and throat care delivered from the Gurugram site. Through clinical assessment, treatment planning, procedures, and coordinated referrals, the role will improve patient outcomes and service reliability. The surgeon will evaluate common and complex ENT presentations, determine appropriate interventions, and ensure care decisions are evidence-based, documented, and communicated clearly. Success means patients receive safe, timely, and respectful care while operational teams have dependable clinical guidance. The role requires close collaboration with support staff and relevant stakeholders, disciplined adherence to clinical protocols, and active contribution to improving the patient experience. The ideal candidate combines specialist expertise with calm judgment, strong communication, and the ability to work effectively in an onsite, process-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end ENT consultations, from history and examination through diagnosis, treatment planning, documentation, and follow-up, improving clinical outcomes and ensuring every patient receives a clear care pathway.
- Perform or oversee appropriate ENT procedures within approved scope, using safe clinical protocols and escalation systems to reduce avoidable complications and protect patient wellbeing.
- Manage cases involving the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck by applying current clinical judgment, ordering relevant investigations, and converting findings into timely treatment decisions.
- Coordinate with nurses, support teams, specialists, and operational stakeholders through structured handoffs, ensuring continuity of care, accurate information flow, and dependable service delivery.
- Maintain complete, accurate medical records and monitor treatment progress through clinical documentation systems, enabling auditability, informed follow-up, and consistent quality standards.
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, medication use, recovery expectations, and warning signs, improving adherence and supporting confident shared decision-making.
- Contribute to clinical quality improvement by identifying recurring issues, strengthening protocols, and sharing practical recommendations that improve safety, patient experience, and operating consistency.
Essential Skills & Technologies
- MBBS with MS or DNB in Otorhinolaryngology, along with 3–8 years of relevant ENT practice and current eligibility to provide specialist medical care in India.
- Strong diagnostic and procedural capability across routine ENT conditions, supported by sound clinical reasoning, careful risk assessment, and disciplined adherence to evidence-based treatment protocols.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records, clinical documentation, investigation review, and structured referral workflows, combined with clear communication across patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage onsite consultations independently, prioritize competing clinical needs, and escalate urgent or complex cases through defined medical governance channels.
- High standards of patient safety, confidentiality, informed consent, professional ethics, and documentation accuracy, with a consistent focus on measurable care quality and patient trust.
Additional Plus
- Experience working in a corporate, occupational-health, hospital, clinic, or other structured service environment where clinical delivery must align with defined operating standards.
- Exposure to ENT endoscopy, audiology coordination, minor procedures, emergency triage, or multidisciplinary case management would strengthen the role’s ability to address varied patient needs.
- Familiarity with clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, protocol development, or service metrics would support stronger integration between medical practice and operational performance.
What You'll Bring
- A recognized MBBS qualification with MS or DNB specialization in Otorhinolaryngology and 3–8 years of hands-on ENT experience delivering safe, independent clinical care.
- Strong capability in patient assessment, differential diagnosis, treatment planning, ENT procedures, investigation interpretation, documentation, and appropriate escalation of complex or urgent presentations.
- A patient-first communication style that explains medical information simply, builds trust, supports informed consent, and improves adherence to treatment and follow-up plans.
- Comfort working onsite within a structured organization, using clinical records and defined workflows while collaborating with support teams and operational stakeholders.
- Sound judgment under pressure, high attention to clinical safety, and consistent adherence to ethical, regulatory, infection-control, and confidentiality requirements.
- A continuous-improvement mindset, with the ability to identify care gaps, strengthen working protocols, and translate clinical observations into better patient and service outcomes.
